The dining experience at AMP is about two things:
1/ getting the classics done right, and
2/ using locally-sourced ingredients in as many of our dishes as possible.
This means, among other things, not depending on commercially available components but instead crafting our own unique components. To achieve this, we meticulously deconstruct key elements of every dish and reassemble them by using ingredients handpicked from local artisans and suppliers who mirror our dedication to quality and sustainability. This artisanal approach allows us to infuse each dish with a distinctive, homegrown charm, enhancing the overall flavour while supporting and celebrating the skill and craftsmanship of our local community. In doing so, we not only elevate the taste of our dishes but also contribute to a thriving, sustainable local food ecosystem.
Presenting our craft: beef bacon, beetroot-cured salmon, ricotta cheese, osmanthus flower gala Melaka syrup, root veggie chips, nut butters and spreads, and jams.
Furthermore, we take special pride in the eggs used in our dishes. They’re from free-range hens that we nurture and care for in our orchard in Bentong.
